This session will focus on the general futility in reading and responding to messages on the user mailing lists. Covered will be topics such as the distraction from Project Mangement goals, dealing with users who feel that their use of the Project entitles them to opinions on the project, and what (if any) benefit there is to maintaining the list at all.
