Maintaining Control while Appearing Open
This session will focus on how to present the image of being an open and inclusive community, while simultaneously maintaining control of the development, appearance, and direction of the project.
We'll focus on specific language and terms to use when communicating with the community to maintain the appearance of openness, how to schedule changes to occur when the least number of people are in a position to react, and how to deflect common complaints. This will be a high-energy session!
