The Cabal is The Community
Projects like Habari rely on the community to help drive the progress of the project. However, the definition of "community" must be understood to only include those people who are members of the PMC.
In this session Sean will focus on maintaining that control and discouraging non-PMC members from attempting to take any ownership of the project, while not appearing to be wresting control from the "community".
